As President of Eagle Financial Advisors, LLC, Kirk Walton, J.D. is passionate about providing objective and comprehensive tax and financial counseling to his clients. Prior to founding Eagle Financial Advisors, LLC in 2002, Kirk was a partner at the Ayco Company, L.P., the nation's oldest and largest fee-based financial counseling firm, now a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. At Ayco, Kirk provided comprehensive, professional services, including financial counseling, tax return preparation, asset management and estate planning, to top-level corporate executives and other high net worth individuals.
Kirk graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law where he focused on tax and estate planning. He is an active member of both the California and the Idaho Bar and has lectured to groups of other tax and business attorneys on topics including executive compensation and stock options. Eagle Financial Advisors, LLC is a registered investment advisor in California and Idaho, with plans to expand to other western states. Kirk is also an avid Rubik's cube speed-solver, with average solve times under 30 seconds.
